JERSEY TOMATOES WITH GUACAMOLE
SAUCE
 
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 sm. clove garlic
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/3 c. cream
Salt and pepper
3 to 4 Jersey tomatoes, sliced and chilled

Process all but salt, pepper and tomatoes until smooth in food processor blender. Season to taste and serve over tomatoes.
