HOT CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. milk

Brown sausage then add onion and continue to cook until onion is done. Cube Velveeta and add milk and heat in microwave until blended. Stir in sausage and onion. Serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
