HAM & POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. hashbrown potatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. reg. mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
1 c. milk
Dash pepper
5 eggs, beaten
Paprika

Mix all ingredients except paprika in large bowl. Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches). Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
