SAUTEED PRAWNS 
1/2 lb. raw shrimp, any size
1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 lb. butter
6 drops Tabasco
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
3 cloves minced garlic or 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic

Peel and clean shrimp. In saucepan, combine half of the butter, Worcestershire, Tabasco, and garlic. Add shrimp. Cook over medium heat about 6-8 minutes or until shrimp curl. (Do not overcook.) Add remaining butter, stir until melted and serve. Hint: Cut remaining butter into pieces before adding. Serves 2.
