HADDOCK 
1 lb. haddock
1/2 pkg. Coon cheese or extra sharp
Ritz crackers, 1/2 pkg.
butter, 3 tbsp.
Dash onion juice
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Butter baking dish, arrange haddock, melt butter, add crushed Ritz crackers, onion juice and Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Mix and add topping to fish. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned. Pre cut fish in serving size pieces.
