ICING FOR SCOTCH CAKE 
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. coconut

Make icing five minutes before cake is done. Bring to a boil butter, cocoa and milk stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add other ingredients. Spread on cake while cake is still hot.
