PEAR PIE 
CRUST:

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
Salt

FILLING:

1/2 cube butter
2 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
Ripe pears, about 5

Mix all crust ingredients together and roll out between wax paper. Place in pie pan. Place quartered pears in crust. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over pears. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
