1 pkg. Jello vanilla pie filling 1 pkg. Jello gelatin any fruit flavor 2 1/2 c. water 16 oz. whipped topping Can use as pie filling also (9 inch). Combine pudding, gelatin and water in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil and is thick and clear. Remove from heat and chill until slightly firm (about 1/2 hour). Thoroughly blend whipped topping into chilled mixture. Spoon into sherbet glasses or 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
