PEAR RELISH 
1 peck pears
12 green peppers
4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
12 med. onions
3 hot peppers
3 c. vinegar

Grind onions and peppers; let drain. Grind pears; catch the pear juice to add to the mixture. Mix all together; add vinegar, sugar, salt, and the juice. Cook 30 minutes; seal. Makes 12 pints.
