COLE SLAW 
cabbage, medium size, shredded
1 green pepper, cut up
2 medium carrots, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 c. oil
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix together cabbage, green pepper and grated carrots. Put salt over this and let stand for 2 to 3 hours. Squeeze the water out, seal in an airtight container and refrigerate.

Bring to a boil sugar, mustard seed, oil and celery seed. Pour over the cabbage.
