DEEP DISH TURKEY PIE 
1 c. sliced celery
Generous dash onion powder
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey or chicken
1 1/2 c. cooked carrots, diced
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. cold water

In saucepan, cook celery and onion powder until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, except Bisquick and water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, combine Bisquick and water to make pastry. Roll pastry to fit top of 1 1/2 quart casserole. Pour hot chicken mixture in casserole; top with pastry. Slit top of pastry and trim edges. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, or until done. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
