DRIED FRUIT MUNCHIES 
1 c. dates, ground in meat grinder
1 c. dried apricots, ground in meat grinder
1 c. dried pears, ground in meat grinder
1 c. dried apples, ground in meat grinder
2 tbsp. lemon rind, grated fine
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Work all ingredients together by hand. Shape into balls. Roll in chopped nuts or in shredded coconut.
