BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. blueberries

In large bowl, stir all ingredients together except blueberries. Gently fold in blueberries. Spray muffin tin and fill 3/4 full.

Bake in 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
