STEAK CASSEROLE 
Steak (top rounded tenderized)
Potatoes, cubed
Carrots, cubed
1 can onion soup
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown steak in frying pan. Place steak in casserole dish. Add potatoes, carrots, onion soup and water. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
