PEPPER JELLY 
2 bell peppers
Hot peppers
3/4 c. vinegar
3 1/2 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Jell
New flat jar lids
Jars that have been boiled

Use plastic gloves. Grind hot peppers, including seeds. Take seeds out of bell peppers. Grind hot and bell peppers together. Ground peppers should measure 2 cups.

Bring sugar, vinegar, and peppers to a boil. Add Sure-Jell; bring to a hard boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Put into boiled jars and seal.
