JERKY 
1 big round or venison steak
1 tsp. hickory smoked seasoning
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. coarse pepper
1/4 c. soy sauce

Cut meat into strips and add to rest of ingredients in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate over night. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and put strips on rack on cookie sheet side by side with a little space between. Bake at 175-200 degrees for at least 6 hours. Cool and store in covered container.
