LAYERED SALAD 
1 head Iceberg lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
8 oz. drained thin sliced water chestnuts
1 pkg. frozen English peas (no cook or thaw)
1/2 thin sliced purple onion
2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Shred lettuce, layer celery, chestnuts, peas and onion.

Mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper and sugar. Spread for salad. Layer Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Wrap tightly with saran wrap and then foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Before serving toss.
