HAM LOAF 
1 lb. fresh pork, ground
1 lb. cured ham, ground
1/2 c. milk
3 slices bread, crumbled
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix the meat, milk, egg and bread crumbs together and refrigerate.

Bake at 325°F and baste with the following mixture.

In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, water, vinegar and mustard.

Bake about 2 hours, basting occasionally.
