CHOCOLATE SYRUP CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 c. flour (self rising)
1 lb. can chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time. Add flour alternately with chocolate syrup and vanilla. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Bring sugar, milk and butter and marshmallows to a boil. Cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add chips, stir until melted. Pour over slightly cooled cake. Icing sets as it cools.
