Dry onion soup mix
Apricot preserves
Honey (optional)

Use a regular bottle of Russian dressing, a package of onion soup mix, and about 8 oz. apricot preserves. Mix the dressing, soup mix and preserve together. Add to the sauce whatever meat or poultry you wish. Simmer and serve over rice. May be used as a sauce over chicken breasts when baking them.
