SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY | |
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower mixture 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese 1/3 c. sour cream (or plain, low-fat yogurt) 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento (optional) 1 (28 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions. Bake uncovered, 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings. |
