3 lb. chuck roast or round steak
3 tsp. Adolph's tenderizer
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. red wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 heaping tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. rosemary
3 tbsp. chili sauce

Put Adolph's on both sides of steak. Take fork and prick on both sides. Mix all other combined ingredients and pour over steak to marinate. Let marinate all day. Broil or grill.

Serves 6-8.
