MARINATED CHUCK STEAK | |
2 1/2 or 3 lb. chuck steak, 1 inch thick 1/2 c. mustard (any kind) 1/2 c. catsup Mix the catsup and mustard together. Spread on both sides of the steak. Generously prick the steak with a fork. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, overnight is better. Broil in oven or on a grill about 5 minutes on each side (rare). Outdoor grill takes a little longer. |
