MARINATED CHUCK ROAST 
1 med. chuck roast

MARINADE:

1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. thyme
4-5 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. meat tenderizer

Mix all the marinade ingredients together except for the tenderizer. Poke holes in the meat with a large fork on both sides. Put roast in large baking dish and then sprinkle the meat tenderizer on top. Pour marinade over meat. Let set in marinade for 4 hours, turning after 2. Then grill (barbecue) approximately 30 minutes, basting with marinade.
