MARINATED CHUCK ROAST 
1 (3-5 lb.) chuck roast
Meat tenderizer
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. strong coffee
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 lg. onion, finely chopped

Sprinkle meat with tenderizer and set aside. Melt butter; add sesame seeds and brown slightly. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour over the roast and marinate for at least 12 hours; turn meat often. Remove the roast from the marinade and grill; baste frequently with marinade. Cook to desired doneness.
