IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion (optional)
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled or can use Bacos and also add more cheese, broccoli, and cubed ham

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed 1 minute.

Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (50-55 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
