CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 lg. hen
1 stalk celery
1 lg. onion
1 can pitted olives
1 can mushrooms
1 lg. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. long spaghetti
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Boil hen with salt and pepper. Save broth. Remove hen and debone. In broth boil chopped celery and onion. Add spaghetti and cook until tender. Add chicken pieces, cheese, mushrooms, olives and soup. Serve in casserole dish.
