1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 lg. Cool whip
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half
1 c. pecan pieces

Beat cream cheese and sugar by hand until smooth. Fold in pineapple and Cool Whip, cherries, and pecans. Sprinkle a few pecans on top of finished salad. Refrigerate.
