ENERGY BALLS 
1 c. chocolate chips or carob chips
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. nuts/sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. honey
Wheat germ

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make into small round balls. Roll in wheat germ. Let set in refrigerator 30 minutes.
