SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef and/or Italian sausage removed from casings
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti, or reheat leftover spaghetti. Stir butter, Parmesan and eggs into hot spaghetti. Form the mixture into a "crust" in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread Ricotta evenly over the bottom.

In a skillet cook the ground beef and/or sausage, green pepper and onion. Turn meat mixture into spaghetti crust. Top with sauce. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.
