9 c. Oat Bran cereal squares (1 small box)
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Place cereal in large bowl; set aside. Melt chocolate, peanut butter and butter over low heat; remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour melted mixture over cereal; stir until completely covered. Place cereal mixture and sugar in a container or large plastic bag and shake until cereal is completely coated in sugar. Spread on wax paper to dry. Then store in airtight container.
