EGG ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. frozen or fresh shrimp, cooked
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
2 cans bean sprouts
3/4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
2 lg. onions
2 eggs
2 pkg. egg roll covers or wontons

Preheat electric skillet to 350 degrees with a large amount of cooking oil. Mix all ingredients except egg roll covers. Wet edges of egg roll covers by dipping fingers in water and then running fingers along the sides of covers. Place spoonful of mixture on cover and fold and seal. Drop several into hot oil to fry until brown, about 5-6 minutes.
