DIET CRUSTS 
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

8 crushed graham crackers (2 1/2" squares)
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. butter
2 pkgs. sweetener

BASIC PASTRY SHELL:

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt

Mix well in small bowl. Press into 8" pie plate and bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes. Equals: 1 bread, 1/2 fat. Serves 8.

In mixing bowl combine flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add yogurt and mix thoroughly. Form dough into 2 balls, cover with plastic wrap, chill 1 hour. Roll between 2 sheets wax paper to fit 7" pie plate. Serves 8. Equals 1/2 bread, 1 fat, 5 calories. May be made ahead and frozen wrapped in Saran Wrap.
