HAM BALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground ham
1/2 lb. fresh pork, ground
2 shredded wheat biscuits, finely crumbled
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix together the ham, pork, biscuits, eggs and milk. Shape into balls. Put in a 9"x13" pan. In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, water, dry mustard and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Pour over ham balls. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
