TEXAS TATERS 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all above ingredients well and place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Melt another stick of butter and add 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes. Mix well and sprinkle over potatoes and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
