SUCCULENT BARBECUED SALMON 
This recipe ensures your salmon is moist and succulent.

1 to 2 lb. fresh salmon filet
mayonnaise
lemon juice
thinly sliced onion
black pepper, to taste

Lay out 24-inch of foil. Place salmon filet on foil skin side down. Cover top side of salmon with a thin layer of mayonnaise. If you put too much mayonnaise it will come out goopy. Drizzle about a teaspoon of lemon juice over salmon filet. Next place a few slices of onion on salmon and add a bit of black pepper. Don't put too much lemon/onion or it could overpower the natural salmon flavor. Carefully close foil so that it will be easy to reopen later. Place on BBQ for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
