LONDON BROIL | |
1 flank steak (1 3/4 lbs.) MARINADE: 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. rosemary 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 1 1/2 tbsp. wine vinegar 3 tbsp. salad oil Brush both sides of steak with marinade. Let stand in marinade at least 2 hours. Broil or grill. Turn, brush with remaining juices, and broil. When cooked to desired doneness, slice diagonally. Spoon pan juices over meat. |
