LONDON BROIL 
2 1/2 lb. London Broil

MARINADE:

6 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
1 tbsp. Crisco oil
1 tsp. thyme
Sprinkle pepper
6 drops FRANK'S® Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp. ReaLemon

Poke holes in meat with a fork and pour mixture over meat. Cover and soak overnight. Turn often.

Broil 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Cut on slant. Meat should be "pink" in the middle.
