SUMMER SAUSAGE - HILDA'S 
2 lb. hamburger
2 or 3 tsp. Tender Quick
1/4 tsp. course pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. mustard seed

Mix well and put in covered dish. Put in refrigerator 24 to 36 hours. To bake divide to make 2 rolls and wrap in foil. Punch holes in foil, bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees or until done. Serve warm or cold.
