CRAB STUFFED PEPPERS 
2 lg. green peppers
1 can crabmeat
1 c. steamed diced onion
1 c. milk
2/3 c. instant potatoes
3 oz. sharp shredded cheese
1 beaten egg
Salt and pepper

Wash and core green pepper. Blanche. Mix all remaining ingredients except cheese. Let stand 5 minutes. Stuff into peppers. Sprinkle on cheese. Pour approximately 1-inch of water into pan. Ground peppers. Seal with aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 1 pepper per person.
