PAN SEARED TILAPIA 
fresh tilapia fillets
olive oil (garlic flavored works best)
parsley flakes
lemon pepper seasoning (McCormick's)

Lightly sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on both sides of fish. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in pan on medium-high heat. Cook fish for about 8 minutes turning as needed.

Note: It burns easily - so don't walk away from the kitchen :)

Remove from pan, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of parsley on top.

Serve with penne pasta, garden salad and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
