HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash salt
1 c. water
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in glass casserole dish. Stir in water (room temperature). Cook 1 1/2 minutes on full power in microwave. Stir. Blend in butter. Cook 1 minute or until it thickens. Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly. Blend in vanilla. Use over ice cream. Makes 2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
