DEEP DISH TUNA PIE | |
Instant mashed potatoes for 4 persons or servings 2 cans cream of celery soup 1 can (1 lb.) peas 2 cans (6 1/2 or 7 oz. each) tuna in vegetable oil 1 can (8 oz.) onions, drained 2 tbsp. melted butter Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Turn soup into a saucepan. Drain liquid from peas and add to the soup; blend well. Stir in peas, tuna and onions. heat to serving temperature, stirring occasionally. Turn into a 1 quart casserole. Spoon mashed potatoes around edge and brush with melted butter. Bake in a 400 degree oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until potatoes are lightly browned. Serves 4 persons. |
