HAM & CORN SCRAMBLE 
1 c. diced cooked ham
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
2 or 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Set electric skillet to 325 degrees. Melt butter, add all ingredients and cook like scrambled eggs until set but still creamy. Serve over hot buttered toast. 2 or 3 servings.
