CHEESY POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag southern style hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pt. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 lb. butter, melted
2 c. crushed potato chips

Reserve 1/2 the butter and potato chips. Mix ingredients together and place in a 13x9x2 pan. Top with potato chips and remaining butter. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
