BANANA PUNCH 
4 c. sugar
6 1/2 c. water
2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
6 bananas
6 (10 oz.) bottles Fresca, 7-Up, or Ginger Ale

Boil water and sugar for 3 minutes. Cool. Combine orange juice, 1 can water, lemonade, 1/2 c. water, bananas (mashed in blender) and pineapple juice. Add syrup and cool. Add 1 bottle of 7-Up per quart of base.
