4-6 lbs. chicken pieces
4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. oil
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Parmesan cheese to taste

Coat chicken pieces in oil and then dip in bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet. Season with Lawry's salt and Parmesan cheese. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees, turning once. Then place chicken (no drippings) in glass covered casserole and leave in oven up to 1 hour with oven turned OFF. This chicken will melt in your mouth so make extra!
