CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 
Skin, boned, and split 4 chicken breasts. Cut meat into bite sized chunks. Arrange in about a 10 inch square casserole. Place on top of meat, 8 slices Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese. Mix 1/2 cup water with 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup (spoon over the cheese). Sprinkle 2 cups herb seasoned dressing crumbs on top. Drizzle 1/3 cup melted butter over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
