CABBAGE SOUFFLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. cabbage
1 carrot
1/3 c. celery
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. cottage cheese

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water; add 1/2 cup cold water. Jell partially. Mince finely cabbage, carrot and celery. Beat Jell-O and dressing until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Make 1 ring mold.
