CHRISTMAS PUNCH 
2 qts. grapefruit juice
2 qts. cranberry juice
1 qt. apple cider or apple juice
2 (28 oz.) bottles ginger ale
Mistletoe ring

Chill juices and ginger ale thoroughly; prepare mistletoe ring several days in advance. Pour chilled juices and ginger ale into bowl at last minute; add ice ring.

MISTLETOE RING: Pour 3/4" ginger ale into 6 ounce ring mold and freeze. Arrange mint sprigs on ice in ring to simulate mistletoe. Add 3/4" water. Freeze. Fill mold with strawberry sherbet; cover tightly and freeze solid at least 24 hours at zero degrees.
